Industrial Water purification optimizes most water-based industrial processes, like cooling, heating, industrial processing, and rinsing or cleaning so that operating costs and risks are reduced. Poor industrial water treatment allows water to interact negatively with the surfaces of pipes and vessels which contain it. More fuel is needed to heat the same amount of water when a steam boiler becomes scaled up or corroded.
Cooling towers can also scale up and corrode, and if left untreated, the warm, dirty water they can contain encourages bacteria to grow, and Legionnaires disease can be the fatal consequence. Industrial water purification is also used to improve the quality of water contacting the manufactured product like semiconductors, and/or can be part of the product such as beverages, pharmaceuticals, etc. In these instances, poor water treatment can cause defective products.
In many cases, discharge water from one process can be suitable for reuse in another process if given suitable treatment. This can reduce costs by lowering charges for water consumption, reduce the costs of effluent disposal because of reduced volume and lower energy costs due to the recovery of heat in recycled wastewater.
This industrial water treatment system utilizes reverse osmosis System to provide purified water for production of pharmaceutical products. Two independent reverse osmosis trains are installed on a single skid and remotely controlled and monitored by a touchscreen control panel. Both trains continuously monitor the product water quality and divert below-specification product water to reclaim, allowing only compliant product water to exit to storage
Haliant Technologies designs and manufactures several different technologies used in industrial water treatment and purification for most applications, Our equipment can be designed to meet specifications of any project or meet the objectives with our industrial solutions based on economical or other factors.
This Industrial water treatment systems utilizes Ultrafiltration to treat wastewater produced by a brewery to remove all pathogens and suspended solids as pre-treatment for reverse osmosis. The system can produce 300 gallons per minute of filtrate and includes automatic clean-in-place and air scour systems.
